Overview
Yala peak is one of the easier trekking peaks in Nepal, present at the Lantang Region. Yala peak is open for climbing under the Mountaineering Association of Nepal. The peak stands tall at the height of 5732m. The main attraction of this climb is the panoramic view of Himalayan peaks like Lantang, Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang 7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m) Ganesh Himal, Langshisha Ri , Naya kanga and Shishapangma (8027m) and a reath taking view of Tibet. The peak is at the Langtang mountain range, in Rasuwa district, the Central region of the country, that shares borders with Tibet to the north.
Yala peak Climbing doesn’t require any formal mountaineering training whatsoever. The peak is not that difficult to clomd, ut provides good acciilization. This peak is a suitable feat foe the ones who are interested in mountaineering, but lack experience, or the ones who do not have the time or the energy to climb the high peaks.
Yala is one of the
lowest climbing peaks in the country, suitable for anyone with some experience in trekking, and in good physical shape.the journey typically starts from Kathmandu, followed by trekking along the Langtang trek route from Dunche, hiking up to Jyangjin Gompa and finally reaching the base camp.
