First, we arrive at Sarangkot which marks the start of our journey to the Paragliding destination. After some hours of climb, we reach the hill station where one can view amazing sunrise and sunsets over the Himalayas, and maybe settle for a little sightseeing. Then we reach our adventure spot at the top of the hill station. The view from the top is the best with glorious views of the Annapurna range amongst the beautiful landscapes around Pokhara valley showcasing the mountains - Fishtail (Machhapuchhare), Lamjung Himal, Annapurna Himal, Himchuli and also a rewarding view of the Fewa Lake, Rice field, Rivers and settlements there. Experience is not needed in paragliding as experienced and qualified pilots will provide full briefing of what to do and, more importantly, what not to. Paragliding in Nepal is seasonal and the flying season generally starts in November and runs through February, November and December being the best times to visit.
