Everest Panorama Trek is a perfect trekking package who have less time but still want to have a close view of Mount Everest. This Everest Panorama view trekking provides a close-up look at the rich culture of the friendly Sherpa community of Nepal.

During the trekking, you will have closer to the amazing scenery of some highest peaks of the world including Mt. Everest, Am Dab lam, Lhotse, Thamserku, and many others. This adventure takes you halfway along the trail to the Everest base camp trek.

Everest Panorama Trek: A short yet wonderful trek in the Everest region

Everest Panorama trek is relatively easy compared to other treks. But still, it brings us face to face with the rich scenic beauty and takes us up along the trails leading to Tengboche monastery without having to face the struggle of high altitude trekking.

This trekking starts with strolling around the periphery of Kathmandu Valley, the capital city of Nepal, during which we can gain a first distant view of Sagarmatha also known as Mount Everest. After a short flight, we reach Khumbu, from where we can enjoy the magnificence of Mt. Everest, classic view of Amadablam, and rich traditions followed in Thyangboche monastery during our trekking period. We will also get an opportunity to be acquainted with the friendly Sherpa community of Namche Bazaar as well as the remote village of Thame.

Although short in time, the adventure offers an excellent insight into the delights of trekking in the Everest region for all nature- lovers.  Everest Panorama Trek is just an ideal option for those who are under the pressure of a busy schedule but are looking for closeness to nature.

The Standard itinerary for this trip is here. We can customize it according to your interest

The first day of your adventure trip to the Everest Panorama Trek starts with your arrival to Kathmandu. Our company representative will welcome you at the airport on your arrival. He will transfer you to the hotel where you can find an easy time to relax after checking in. We will meet you in the evening at the hotel to talk about the trip in details. Any questions you may have regarding your trip will be discussed so that you are well-prepared for the trip.
We will take an acclimatization day in Kathmandu today where we spend time exploring the cultural heritage sites in the valley. The sightseeing tour that starts after breakfast takes you to four of the amazing cultural heritage monuments in Kathmandu valley.
Exploring Swoyambhunath, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath will give you an incredible experience of ancient, medieval and modern cultural, historical and spiritual wonders. You will see and experience the lifestyle in Kathmandu during the tour. The tour will take pretty much of our day today. We will return back to the hotel later in the afternoon.
We will do the last minute preparation and packing for the trekking adventure to start tomorrow.
We have an early morning flight to Lukla today. So, we drive to the airport for the exciting Himalayan flight to the gateway to the Everest region. A wonderful flight on a small airplane takes us to the beautiful town of Lukla with the views of stunning mountains.
After landing at Lukla, we meet our whole trekking crew and get ready to walk for the day. It is an easy start of the walk of the adventure trek to the Everest Base Camp. We are going to trek to Phakding village on the bank of the Dudh Koshi River. Around four hours of trek today introduces us to the trail, surroundings, nature, and the views of mountains in the Everest region. The atmosphere of our overnight site, Phakding, feels amazing on the bank of the gushing river.
The second day of the walk today takes us to the beautiful and famous Sherpa town of Namche Bazar at the elevation of 3,440 meters above sea level. Almost all uphill walk for the day takes us past beautiful natural surroundings of nature and the view of mountains. As we enter the Sagarmatha National Park today, we will also walk over several suspension bridges over the gushing river.
Finally, we reach Namche Bazar after the walk of around six hours. The view of the mountains and wonderful surroundings of Namche helps us relax and settle. We take it easy to acclimatize well at the changing climatic situation and elevation.
We have an extra day stopover at Namche today that will help us acclimatize well before we head further higher. Namche has beautiful places in the surroundings where we can go for day hiking and exploration instead of staying idle at the lodge and bazaar. The hiking exploration for the day will also help us get better acclimatized and we become ready to trek to the higher elevation.
As we are getting used to with the thinning air of the higher elevation, we prepare to trek to the next place. Our walk for the day in the region takes us to Tengboche village that is famous for its beautiful monastery and the view of mountains like Ama Dablam it provides. Around seven hours of the walk takes us up and down the mountains and through stream and nature with a view to the destination.
Once we reach Tengboche, we will have time to explore the monastery and surroundings after settling into the lodge.
We will trek to Khumjung village today. Khumjung is a beautiful Sherpa village in the region that offers a fantastic view of the mountains and surroundings. It also has a beautiful monastery that has a yeti scalp inside it. We will traverse the peaceful trail through beautiful surroundings and reach the village and explore its wonders.
The trek today continues back towards Lukla today. We will trek all the way to Monjo to stay overnight. The trail to Monjo goes past Namche bazar that leads us down towards the Dudh Koshi River valley.
This is the last day of the trek and we traverse the trail all the way to Lukla from Monjo. Once we reach Lukla and check into the lodge, we will take an easy time to explore and wander around the place. It has been an amazing adventure to the Everest base camp and thanks to the whole team who made the adventure safe and an awesome experience. We befriended people, mountains, nature and breathtaking surroundings that have left an incredible impression and experience.
We take a flight back to Kathmandu and enjoy our afternoon and evening at leisure.
