The Standard itinerary for this trip is here. We can customize it according to your interest

We have an early morning flight to Lukla today, so we head to the airport for an exhilarating journey to the gateway of the Everest region. Our delightful flight on a small aircraft takes us to the charming town of Lukla, offering breathtaking views of magnificent mountains.

It's important to note that flights to Lukla are currently operating from both Kathmandu and Ramechhap, and during the peak trekking seasons, the majority of flights depart from Ramechhap. To catch a flight from Ramechhap, we need to make a 4-5 hour drive from Kathmandu.

Upon our arrival in Lukla, we meet our entire trekking team and prepare to begin our hike for the day. This is an easy start to our adventure trek to the Everest Base Camp, as we plan to trek to Phakding village located along the Dudh Koshi River. Our four-hour hike gives us a chance to familiarize ourselves with the trail, the environment, nature, and the stunning mountain views in the Everest region. The vibe at our overnight spot, Phakding, is fantastic, situated by the rushing river.
On the second day of our trek, we will be heading to the well-known Sherpa village of Namche Bazar, which stands at an altitude of 3,440 meters above sea level. The hike today is primarily uphill, allowing us to pass through stunning natural landscapes and enjoy views of the mountains. As we enter Sagarmatha National Park today, we will also cross several suspension bridges that span the rushing river.

After approximately six hours of walking, we finally arrive at Namche Bazar. The breathtaking mountain views and the charming scenery of Namche Bazar provide a perfect setting for us to unwind and acclimatize to the changing climate and altitude.
We gear up for our journey to the next destination today. Today's trek will lead us to Tengboche village, renowned for its stunning monastery and the breathtaking views of mountains like Ama Dablam. Our hike, which will take about seven hours, will involve ascending and descending the mountains while crossing streams and enjoying the natural scenery on our way.

After we arrive and get comfortable in the lodge, we'll have the opportunity to explore the beautiful Tengboche Monastery and its surroundings.
We press on higher in our journey, and today's trek leads us to Dingboche where we will spend the night. Upon arriving at our destination for the evening, we will have ascended to an altitude of 4,410 meters above sea level. Once again, we experience a lovely day of hiking through local communities and stunning natural vistas, offering countless beautiful sights to appreciate. From vibrant landscapes to the captivating surroundings, along with the rich culture and way of life of the Sherpa people in this area, it is truly remarkable.
It’s time to set off on another journey. We begin our day early, traversing the glacial route along the renowned Khumbu glacier, aiming for Lobuche as our endpoint. The scenery shifts dramatically, and the wilderness transforms into a more tranquil and awe-inspiring environment.

Our path will lead us over trails scattered with immense boulders and moraine. As we ascend, we will notice the decrease in oxygen levels. Gradually, we will reach Lobuche where we will spend the night. The stunning landscape of Lobuche will uplift our spirits once we settle into the guest house.
At last, the most thrilling day of our journey has come. We are about to set foot at the base camp of Mt. Everest and savor the wonderful moments there. Our trek will lead us to Gorakshep, where we will stay overnight and check into a lodge before making our way to the base camp. After enjoying our lunch at Gorakshep, the highest point we will stay at during the trip, we will commence our walk towards Everest Base Camp.

Eventually, we will arrive at the renowned Everest Base Camp and take in the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings, creating cherished memories there. Later, we will trek back to Gorakshep for our overnight stay. This day has brought us to the base camp of the tallest mountain in the world.
Even though each day of the adventure trek to Everest base camp is thrilling, we're anticipating another incredibly memorable moment during the journey. Our eagerly awaited early morning hike to the Kalapatthar viewpoint is on the agenda for the next morning. The ascent to the highest point of the trek in the early hours is a worthwhile effort. The panoramic vistas of Mt. Everest and the surrounding peaks are simply awe-inspiring. We will also have the chance to witness a stunning sunrise over the mountains.

Afterwards, we'll descend back to Gorakshep to enjoy breakfast before continuing our trek down to Pheriche for an overnight stay. Pheriche is a well-known resting point for trekkers making it a popular stop for the night.
Our trekking adventure in the Everest area carries on today as we head back to Namche Bazar. The tranquil natural environment and lower altitude help us feel better and make the trek more manageable.
Today marks the final day of our trek as we make our way along the path from Namche Bazar to Lukla. Upon our arrival in Lukla and after settling into the lodge, we will have some leisure time to explore and meander through the area.

This journey to Everest Base Camp has been truly remarkable, and I am grateful to the entire team for ensuring our safety and providing an unforgettable experience. We formed friendships with fellow trekkers, the majestic mountains, the natural world, and the stunning landscapes that have left a lasting impression on us.
We will catch a flight back either to Kathmandu or Ramechhap. If we choose to fly to Kathmandu, we will have some free time to enjoy our afternoon there. However, if we opt for Ramechhap, we will drive to Kathmandu and have the evening to relax.
